Configuring Email Templates - SAP Customer Data Cloud

Follow along in this video to learn about  Email Templates feature. The Email Templates page in  RaaS settings allows the Site Admin to define email templates for use in contacting users.  Email templates are fully customizable. You'll see that the email templates also exist for use in notifying users of responses to comments; these templates can be modified in the Comments settings.
