In retail, a product return request is the process of a customer asking to return a purchased product to the seller. The return request information is often sent via email and has to be manually entered into the SAP Business One system. After manually verifying the data, the request is confirmed and the customer is manually informed. This is costing time on the suppliers side, and errors can occur.
Using SAP Build Process Automation we are automating the creation of a return request on the seller side in SAP Business One. This will be triggered by the customer sending its return request data. The data is automatically verified, and after confirmation the customer is automatically informed about the status.
