Using AI to Enhance Job Posting Descriptions in SAP Fieldglass

SAP Fieldglass released a new AI-enhanced feature that enhances job descriptions with AI for efficiency and better job seeker submissions.  By the end of this video, learners will be able to define the AI-enhanced job description feature in SAP Fieldglass, recall users’ past challenges when creating job descriptions for new roles and updating existing ones, and describe the benefits the AI-enhanced job description feature provides to users within the application.
