In this teaser we provide a quick overview and promote for the use case, "AI-powered Returnable Packaging​, powered by SAP Business Technology Platform".

In this use case scenario, we will dive into the challenges of the plastics waste since the plastics industry is striving to transform the traditional linear economy towards digitalization, efficiency, and sustainability.

In this context, we will explore a solution based in SAP Business Technology Platform and the SAP Returnable Packaging Management, where we will see an example of how SAP partners can enable circular economy by building custom solutions with SAP BTP for returnable plastic packaging. We will explore how SAP BTP empowers cooperation between the multiple business partners involved in the process, orchestrating communication between different data systems. We will also cover various topics including the SAP AI Core in order to implement micro-services in BTP, computer vision models, web & mobile applications, and tracking of environmental footprint.
