How to Discontinue or Replace Simple Products - SAP CPQ

This video demonstrates how to set up Product End of Life Status for Simple Products. There are two options for Product End of Life Status: Discontinued and Replacement. A discontinued product is shown as unavailable in the catalog and cannot be added to the cart. If the Replacement feature is enabled, the product is shown as discontinued and alternate products are suggested to users in its place.
